Is your land right for a Shacks partnership?
We are looking for tranquil, serene locations on your land that would be perfect for a self-catering cabin experience. Ideal spots could be deep within the woods, where the sounds of wildlife dominate, or atop a hill offering panoramic views. The key is a peaceful, calming environment that suits the off-grid lifestyle.
For us to install the shack, the site needs to be accessible for delivery and installation, with a level approach and openings at least three meters wide. After installation, the site should also be accessible for guests, ensuring they can reach the cabin comfortably without too much walking.
The important thing here is that the water is reliable, either from mains or a treated spring supply. If the water is only suitable for showering that’s ok, we can supply drinking water for the guests.
At the start of the guest’s journey, there needs to be an off-road parking area; this is where we leave the log and wellie stores, too.
What is our commitment to you?
You do not need to be involved in the build or operation. So we won’t be asking you to run out to top up the guest’s salt and pepper! We manage everything from the first enquiry to check out.
