Bookings:

The simplest and most efficient method of booking is on our website using our on-line booking system.

When submitting a booking, you will be presented with details of the total rental charges. A deposit of 50% of the rental, will be due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

For bookings made fewer than 3 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

To cancel or amend your booking, you must contact Shacks by email (info@shacks.co.uk) or phone (01244 848 684).

Our cancellation policy for any bookings is 28 days before your scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations before this can be re-booked for another date or qualify for a full refund. Refunds can take up to 10 business days.

Cancellations within 14-28 days of a scheduled arrival date can be moved to another date or receive a voucher up to the value the guest has paid.

Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the total booking value.

For stays booked within 14 days, there is a 48-hour cooling-off period during which you can reschedule your stay for free or get a full refund.

Any stays that are rescheduled are non-refundable.
