This page explains how to turn your voucher into a booking with Shacks.

Experience vouchers from these two providers are booked directly with our team, not through the online checkout. Send us the details below and we will confirm your stay by email.

What we need from you

Please email us with:

  • Your full name and a contact phone number
  • Voucher provider: Virgin Experience Days or Buyagift
  • Voucher serial number
  • Voucher PIN
  • Preferred cabin, if your voucher offers a choice of cabins. If you are unsure, let us know and we will clarify.
  • Preferred stay dates. If you are unsure, we are happy to send availability, or you can browse live availability on our website.

Would you like any extras?

You can add any of the following to your stay. Tell us which you would like in your email and we will include them in your confirmation.

  • Pet (£35): a fixed fee, regardless of the number of pets
  • Early check-in (£20): arrive from 1pm instead of 3pm
  • Late check-out (£20): leave at 12pm instead of 10am
  • Unlimited firewood (£20): every stay includes one bag of logs and one bag of kindling, enough for one to two nights depending on use
